What does exactly "Sensitivity" means in the X4M200 circuit settings?

I am conducting a series of experiments using Xethru X4M200 sleep sensor and I'm trying to understand what does the sensitivity setting does. From ranges 0-9, the white paper only says low sensitivity is much robust to noise. Can someone please explain what it actually do? What is the difference between different sensitivity levels? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Oshana,

The sensitivity setting changes the threshold of movement detection including respiration, 9 will make the threshold smaller and make the sensor more sensitive, 0 makes the opposite effect. Its default value is 5.
