Support Question without response

    Hi,
    I submitted few question via (https://www.xethru.com/support/questions.html) without any response from your side, not even automatic confirmation that you receive my question to my mail. Web-browser displayed "Send Success. Thank for your question!"

    Could you verify that your support question work correctly?
