Scripts/Tool to Generate Plots

Discussion in 'Respiration Sensor' started by Vinay Gotnakodlu Hegde, May 26, 2018.

  1. My name is Vinay and I am using the X4M200 development module on my Mac to track respiration. I have the XeThru GUI and have data generated in .dat and .csv files. I want to generate plots similar to the ones shown in examples and videos. How can I do it ? Could you please provide the script to generate these plots on both Mac and Windows ?

    Hi Vinay,
If you just want to plot the recording data, the GUI software XeThru Explorer has already provided this function. Choose XeThru Playback and load the metadata file of your recording. You will see the plot of your former recording.
There are many plots examples exists on Module Connector, most of them get data from sensor directly. We provide a class called XeThru: DataPlayer, it can play back the recording data as a sensor. See the playback_recording.py and other sensor data plotting examples in Module Connector, our host API for XeThru module development.
