I was using the NVA6100. It was working OK. But after I upgraded my computer from windows 7 32 bits to 64 bits. It is not working now. I didn’t encounter any error message while installing the software, and the COM port looks ok. When I tried to use RadarScope. I could not connect to the COM Port. The error message was as follows. Can someone help? Thank you! System time: 07/12/2017 16:55:27 ** Error message: Connection error - Check COM-port!
