I downloaded and installed the latest XeThru Explorer for Windows and OSX and both experience same issue with the X4M300. In both cases, I connected the X4M300 to computer via USB. XeThru Explorer shows the detected device, but when clicking on "Apply" button on the Presence Setting, an Error window popped up stating: Error Failed to initialize XeThru device Error: failed to set I/O pin control Do you know how we should proceed to debug?
HI Jonathan, Could you update your firmware to latest version firmware at first? This can be done on XeThru Explorer "Chang FW version" option.
Got it !! Actually with my screen resolution that portion of the window was not visible. So after lowering my screen resolution, I was able to see it. Thanks.
