Converting baseband data to a plot of amplitude vs. time?

I am trying to do some simple tests with the X4 radar by simply detecting objects at different ranges. I can access the raw baseband data which gives me 186 bins. I'm wondering how to convert this to a plot of the signal amplitude vs. time, i.e. would like to know what is the sampling rate of the baseband data.

When I access the rf data, I only get 1520 bins output despite the data sheet saying that there should be 1536 bins corresponding to a range of 10 m, but do get the correct 186 bins of basebands, therefore I'm not sure which numbers to use to compute the downsampled rate, and therefore the time corresponding to each sample. Is there a way to get this information?

    Thank you.
