controlling PRF

    I am using X4M200 and modifying the XEP_X4M200_X4M300_plot_record_playback_radar_raw_data.py wxample.
    I was able to improve the FPS by reducing the iteration and the number of pulses per step.


    - However, how can I change the PRF so I can have full controll of the equation?

    - Also, can the user have control over the operating distance assuming using the same example?

    Hi,

    You can find introduction about PRF at https://www.xethru.com/community/resources/xethru-x4-radar-user-guide.149/
    It is suggested to keep default since you use XeThru module for your development. Some XEP internal settings is based on this default PRF and also our hardware is designed for application within 10m distance, it is also related to regulatory compliance.
